Scott Huie started the H2O Artist Agency in 1999 out of Atlanta before recently relocating to the Music City in 2016. He previously spent nine years at the Vanguard Agency and six years in New York City at the H1 Agency and International Creative Management booking everyone from Guns ‘n Roses to Amy Grant. “I have a great passion for music and love booking bands with a message of hope to share,” he said.
Huie is also an ordained Presbyterian minister who supply preaches in various Nashville churches on the side. For 35 years previously, he served as a part-time youth pastor in Atlanta. A graduate of Davidson College and Columbia Theological Seminary, he has two usually awesome adult children, Madison and Jackson, and together they like to ride bikes, play all sports, watch movies, and cruise down the highway in a convertible listening to great music.
Alex Coppeler joined the H2O Artist Agency team in May 2019 as the Office Assistant and summer Intern. Originally from Bowling Green, Ohio, Alex moved to Nashville two years ago to follow God’s call on her life to work within the Christian Music Industry. She is currently working through her second to last semester as a Music Business major at Trevecca Nazarene University and intends to graduate in December of 2020. Her ultimate desire is to someday become a tour manager for a Christian Metalcore band helping to spread The Word of God to unconventional audiences.
In addition to her love of music Alex also has a passion for youth ministries. Since moving to the south, God has provided her with opportunities to serve in this capacity by mentoring students in inner city Nashville through the local programs KidPOWER and YouthPower. Whether it be in music or youth ministries, Alex strives to follow God’s call to serve others.
